30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel completely confident in your skincare routine. If you try your first purchase of a Lummori formula and are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. For satisfaction guarantee claims on initial orders, gently tested products are accepted.

Standard Returns

For multi-pack orders, subsequent purchases, or routine catalog exchanges:

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Secondary and unopened units must remain in their original condition and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@lummori.com with your order number and request. Our team will provide step-by-step return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received at our facility or your claim is approved, our team will notify you via email. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged in transit or you received an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@lummori.com with a clear photograph of the issue. We will promptly dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

VIP Membership Charges

Recurring membership dues for the Lummori VIP Beauty Club are billed separately from physical shipments and are governed by our dedicated Subscription Policy. Membership billing refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the recurring renewal charge.
