4. VIP Membership & Recurring Billing

By enrolling in the Lummori VIP Beauty Club, you explicitly agree to ongoing continuity billing under the following terms:

  • Billing Terms & Cadence: Upon enrollment, you will be billed an immediate fee of $29.99 USD. Your membership will automatically renew every thirty (30) days thereafter at the rate of $29.99 USD per month, charged directly to your payment method on file until you cancel.

  • Member Benefits: Active membership grants you access to wholesale-tier pricing (up to 50% off standard catalog retail), priority warehouse dispatch, and access to private member drops.

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time with zero fees, penalties, or commitments. To cancel, you can:

    1. Access the self-serve "Cancel My Membership" link located in our website footer.

    2. Log into your customer account portal.

    3. Contact our customer support team via email at info@lummori.com or phone at +1 (251) 901-5698 at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date.

  • Billing Authorization: You authorize TROVANE LLC to store your payment credential with our secure payment processor and automatically charge the recurring monthly fee until formal cancellation is processed.

5. Order Acceptance & Shipping

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. 6. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our formulas with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms outlined in our official Return & Refund Policy. Items must be initiated within thirty (30) days of delivery.
